We know you’re struggling – cooped up indoors with the kids and spouse, or stuck at home alone, for weeks on end as we all do our part during this pandemic.  If you’re starting to look at your flatmate or family member with that look after being in close quarters for too long, don’t despair. We’ve thought of some things to help keep you busy, from learning a new skill to taking up a fun hobby.

Ann Pearce, founder of The Weez Project and Board Member of Mind HK, tragically lost her own son to suicide. She’s a passionate advocate for supporting Hong Kong children and youth to help them cope with modern-day stresses, to hopefully prevent other young people from taking their own lives. In this article she talks about what can be done by the government, schools and us as individuals to tackle this serious issue in Hong Kong.

At 869m high, Sunset Peak is the third highest peak in Hong Kong. The hike to the top, therefore, is good if you’re looking for a challenge and some scenic views. It is most definitely one to add to (and tick off of) your Hong Kong bucket list.

Those fun and festive nights are behind us and Dry January is in full swing, but we don’t see that as a reason for our social lives to suffer. Instead, we are embracing the non-alcoholic beverage with open arms and can see it definitely becoming a trend that lasts far beyond the end of the month.
