Subsidiary disclosures

Certain Schroders Group companies are required to make disclosures under section 172 of the Companies Act 2006, and to make them available for 10 years on a webpage. Those companies’ disclosure statements are included in their annual reports, copies of which are available below, grouped by year. Also, certain Schroders Group companies are required to make disclosures under the Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR), which are set out below.
